My name is Todd Hollenbeck.
During my career I have had the privilege of developing leading edge technologies and global-scale solutions. I was an Agile leader and evangelist for 9 years at FedEx – a company know for its innovation and leading edge IT capabilities. I have continued my journey as a technology leader at Wright Medical which is now Stryker Corporation. I have been influential in shaping the direction of the digital transformation of the IT organization and the medical software applications that made Wright an attractive acquisition for Stryker.
My experience leading innovative and business critical IT development teams for over 20+ years has taught me many invaluable lessons about team dynamics, managing large projects and leading technical development processes. I’m certified as a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC5) and have led several enterprise Agile transformation efforts. I am well versed at driving technical strategy, innovation and leading the execution of large programs. My recent experience in the last several years has been leading cybersecurity and risk management for market-leading, customer-facing software products in the medical device industry.
I’m excited to bring that experience to other companies and organizations that want to leverage technology to dominate their market and delight customers.
